Holiday season is almost upon us. If you are heading away from your normal training gym but want to make sure you don’t lose all your fitness then here are FOUR workouts you can do without any equipment anywhere and anytime.
1. 21 – 15 – 9 (3 rounds)
- 21 X Push ups
- 15 X V-snaps (sit up)
- 9 X Handstand Push up
- One round as Fast as possible.
- 400m Run
- 50 Air Squats
- 100 Sit Ups
- 50 Air Squats
- 400M Run
3 .Just as fast as you can!
- 10 burpees
- 1 Sit Up
- 9 Burpees
- 2 Sit Ups
- 8 Burpees
- 3 Sit Ups
- 7 Burpees
- 4 Sit Ups
- 6 Burpees
- 5 Sit Ups
- 5 Burpees
- 6 Sit Ups
- 4 Burpees
- 7 Sit Ups
- 3 Burpees
- 8 Sit Ups
- 2 Burpees
- 9 Sit Ups
- 1 Burpee
- 10 Sit Ups
4. Five rounds
- 10 x Push ups
- 10 x Air Squats
- 10 x Mountain Climbers
- 10 x Sit ups
- 10 X Lunges
